ABACUS MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL

Please download, print, fill out and return
  1. Parents are required to:
    • Sign the Roll Book daily
    • Ring if their child/children will not be attending

  2. Two weeks fees are to be paid on the 1st day, then weekly in advance from then on.

  3. Food/bottles etc for both Under 2s and Over 2s must be named and given to a staff member or placed in fridge upon arrival.

  4. Children bring fruit to share for morning and afternoon tea (1 piece per session).

  5. Please name all clothing, footwear, lunch boxes, bags, etc.

  6. All nappies should be marked in pen and parents are responsible for maintaining a supply for their child at pre-school. Approximately 6 per day are necessary.
    Cloth and/or disposable nappies are acceptable. However, with cloth nappies, disposable liners and a 'sealed' bag must be provided for storage of these nappies. This will be stored separately in ventilated changing area and is to be taken home each evening.

  7. Each child should bring a named change of clothing in his/her bag and a sun hat/jacket etc.

  8. Formal parent interviews are to be held once a year or anytime at the staff/parent or caregivers request.

  9. Profile books illustrating the child's activities and programme involvement at Abacus are presented to parents three times per year.

  10. When collecting your child please sign out and collect all belongings. We must respect the child's environment and wait until staff have bade your child farewell.

  11. Any lost property will be in the LOST PROPERTY BOX and available for parents to check everyday.
